2012 - [自言自语 | Mumble]

今天是中国年,祝大家龙年快乐!幸福健康!刚才吃了巧克力摩斯,现在感觉非常满足暂时睡不着,突然想起来很久没有在这个博客里说话了,过来打几行字吧.原来的自己非常喜欢在博客里说话写心情所以建了个"自言自语"日志组.慢慢的很多想法改变了,很少再在博客上写心情了,距上次在这里罗嗦已经差不多有一年的时间了.感觉这一年自己改变了许多,看法上,处事态度上.比起写心情博客,我更喜欢写在日记里.慢慢觉得其实很多事情,静静的记录下来就可以了;很多心情,自己心里明白就可以了.不那么在乎别人的看法了,更加尊重自己心里的想法了.对于很多事情,我变得随意许多了,管好自己,其他的一切不勉强,其实,简单的,快乐的就好了.博客变得安静了,可是我自己心里确更加自由和开心了.也更加喜欢现在的自己.希望在读这篇日志的大家和自己,在新的一年里,都可以微笑的快乐的度过每一天,经历了越来越多的事情,还是会有勇气去坚持那些该坚持的,去追逐那些心里的大大小小的梦想.去发现并感恩每一份快乐幸福的瞬间.去珍惜每一个重要的人,祝大家开心,幸福,健康,还有 梦想成真.:) -

I created this series as a collaboration with Triian Jewelry. I first saw Triian's original designs from Oh Joy back inApril 2010. I was so intrigued by their one-of-a-kind designs, I saved their designs in a folder and wanted to create some paintings inspired by them someday...A few months ago, Brian Burkhardt from Triian contacted me and asked me if I would be interested doing a collaboration with them. I was so delighted and honored. I knew it was the perfect opportunity I have been waiting for. I picked a few of my favorite designs from their collection and created this Gemmed series. It took awhile to brainstorm and paint everything, but it was all worth it. I learned a lot from creating this series and enjoyed every second of the process!I had so much fun making them, and I hope you like them too.:)The complete series is now available as giclee prints from my etsy store!--------------------------------------------------------------------
It's been so long since I last updated here.
I miss coming here...A lot things happened in the past three months. I have been quietly thinking, reading, working on some commissions and planning some personal projects.I miss you all and hope you are doing well!:)--------------------------------------------------------------------

Second painting from the jewelry inspired series.The last one I used a lot of dark colors, so I played around with some sunshine colors for this one.Maybe i'll take a break from the brightness, and use some muted colors for the next one.More soon. :)Hope you like it!Have a nice day!
